Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Infrastructure Systems Engineer to manage, optimize, and evolve our global enterprise IT infrastructure. This role involves day-to-day operations, incident response, infrastructure design & architecture, and continuous improvement — with a solid focus on automation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills across Windows and Linux platforms, VMware virtualization, enterprise storage, networking, across both on prem and public cloud environments. In addition to supporting and enhancing the current environment, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing future-ready solutions and engaging with business and IT stakeholders to meet evolving needs.

Experience Level: Senior (12+ years)

Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Infrastructure Operations
- Manage key areas of day-to-day operations across a hybrid infrastructure stack including Windows, Linux, VMware, storage, networking, and cloud.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis,



and ensure high availability and performance of systems.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between infrastructure teams, development teams, and operations.
- Tackle complex tactical issues related to system performance, reliability, and integration across infrastructure layers.
- Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related incidents, working closely with teams to address root causes and implement long-term fixes.
- Lead efforts to optimize infrastructure performance and resolve operational challenges quickly to minimize downtime and impact.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical team members by sharing best practices, architectural patterns, and knowledge from past projects.
- Monitor infrastructure metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements based on operational data.
