We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Risk Consulting practice of IKS for the IMEA region is looking to recruit a Senior Manager experienced in delivering Enterprise Risk Management. The strategic risk services, has a particular emphasis on Enterprise Risk Management offerings.

The purpose of the role is helping to deliver projects and through the building and maintenance of effective client relationships aid the development of business. There range of duties are varied and whilst key responsibilities are expressed here, they include the adaptable execution of additional consulting, analytical and operational tasks as reasonably expected from time to time, i.e. assist in business development from writing proposals, delivering presentations to the sale of new engagements

- Candidate should understand the fundamental of Enterprise Risk Management/ operational risk management.
- Knowledge of Operational Resilience, Third Party Management, integrated testing programs (e.g., technology, business, vendor resilience testing) including the alignment of critical business services to technology assets and vendors, or resilience risk and reporting / scorecards.
- Draft assessment reports including findings, associated risks, and recommendations related to Enterprise Resilience.
- Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), articulation of risk statements, defining thresholds, tolerances, Key Performance Indicators KPIs and creating dashboards (in MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) for continuous monitoring of Enterprise Resilience risks.
- Understanding of general insurance regulatory landscape.
