Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Summary
- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) holds end-to-end accountability for the vision, strategy, consolidated profit & loss, and sustainable growth of the Company — a technology-enabled, multi-format pharmacy retail and wholesale enterprise. The mandate is to scale the Company’s omni-channel network — across franchise-operated (FOFO) and company-operated (COCO / FICO) stores and a rapid-delivery channel — into a leading multi-State player, in line with the Board-approved business plan and Annual Operating Plan(AOP).
- The CEO leads the senior management team, stewards the strategic master partnership with the parent Group on an arm’s-length basis, embeds robust multi-State regulatory compliance, builds an institutional organisation and governance framework,



and steers the enterprise toward long-term value creation and IPO-readiness.
- The role requires a proven senior leader with 15–20+ years of experience scaling multi-unit retail, pharmacy /healthcare, FMCG distribution, or franchise networks, with full P&L; ownership at scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Vision & Corporate Direction
- Set, articulate, and cascade the Company’s vision, long-term strategy, and Annual Operating Plan, within the framework approved by the Board.
- Own the multi-format, multi-State expansion roadmap — sequencing franchise (FOFO) cluster growth, company-operated (COCO / FICO) anchor-store rollout, and rapid-delivery coverage.
- Translate strategy into measurable objectives, operating priorities, and resource allocation across all functions.
- Continuously evaluate market, competitive, regulatory, and technology trends; recommend strategic pivots, recent-geography entry, and inorganic opportunit
