E-commerce Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist
Objective
We are looking for someone who can increase our online sales by creating winning marketing strategies, identifying high-converting products and creatives, and scaling profitable advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Increase online sales and revenue.
- Identify winning products and trending opportunities.
- Research competitors and market trends.
- Plan which products should be promoted.
- Decide what type of reels and ads should be created.
- Write high-converting hooks, ad copy, captions, and CTAs.
- Guide the creative team on what text, visuals, and offers should be included in videos.
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Identify winning creatives and scale profitable campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and lower CPA.
- Analyze sales data and recommend improvements.
- Suggest pricing, bundles, discounts, and promotional offers to increase conversions.
- Monitor website and marketplace performance to improve conversions.
