Key Responsibilities:
- Execution & Supervision:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per project schedule and drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Planning & Scheduling:
- Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation plans, and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Monitor project milestones and timelines.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure all construction work complies with design specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct inspections, and rectify any on-site issues or defects.
- Technical Support:
- Interpret construction drawings, structural plans, and blueprints.
- Provide technical guidance to contractors and ensure proper implementation.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce safety standards on the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain site records, work permits, material delivery logs,



and manpower reports.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-10 years of experience in civil construction projects (commercial/infrastructure).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with construction tools/software such as AutoCAD, MS Project.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
