Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to lead and manage the distributor network for ERW and MS Pipes. The role involves driving primary and secondary sales, expanding market reach, and building solid channel relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, support, and grow the distributor/dealer network for ERW & MS pipes.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new markets and appoint new distributors as needed.
- Ensure consistent product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct market visits to track competition, pricing, and customer trends.




- Nurture strong relations with distributors, retailers, and influencers.
- Coordinate with supply chain, production, and logistics teams for smooth dispatches.
- Execute branding, promotional, and market development activities.
- Monitor credit limits and ensure timely payment collections.

Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 310 years of experience in iron & steel, pipes, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in channel sales and distributor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
