Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, API development, database design, and cloud-ready architectures. You will collaborate closely with Front-end Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Express.js/NestJS.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Build reusable, testable, and efficient server-side code.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and application performance.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, encryption, etc.).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of applications.




- Collaborate with Front-end Developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices.
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with Express.js and/or NestJS frameworks.
- Robust knowledge of asynchronous programming, Promises, async/await, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL datab
