Role Description
The PMC Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting effective production planning, material control, and coordination across manufacturing operations. The role involves preparing and updating production schedules, monitoring material availability,



and ensuring timely procurement and issuance of components to meet delivery and quality targets. The PMC Assistant Manager collaborates with production, purchase, warehouse, and quality teams to track order status, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize inventory levels. Daily responsibilities include data analysis and reporting on plan vs. actual performance, maintaining accurate records in ERP or related systems, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control. The role also requires close coordination with senior management to align production plans with business forecasts and customer requirements.
