About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
BIM Modeler – HVAC
with 8–10 years of relevant experience in
commercial and/or airport projects
. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed HVAC BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that drawings and models comply with project standards and requirements.
- Develop detailed HVAC BIM models using Revit MEP and other relevant BIM software.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, equipment, and associated MEP services models.
- Coordinate HVAC models with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting disciplines.
- Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks or similar coordination tools.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, sections, schedules, and documentation as required.
- Ensure BIM models are developed in accordance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans, and relevant standards.
- Collaborate with design engineers, BIM coordinators, architects, and other project stakeholders.




- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the team in resolving technical issues.
- Maintain model integrity and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

What do we need from you
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC BIM modeling.
- Solid hands-on experience in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, equipment, and MEP coordination.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial projects and/or airport projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
