Job Responsibilities – Direct Marketing Associate (DMA)
- Sit at the Bajaj dealership showroom in Sargao (Near Bilaspur) and assist customers with vehicle financing.
- Explain Bajaj Auto Credit Limited (BACL) finance schemes and help customers choose the most suitable option.
- Collect customer documents and complete the loan application process.
- Log customer applications on the company portal and maintain accurate digital records.
- Use basic computer applications, company portals, and login systems for daily work. (Training will be provided by the company.)
- Coordinate with dealership staff to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
- Visit nearby areas around Sargao 3–4 times a month, as required by the company, for customer follow-ups, local marketing activities, or dealer support. This is not a full time field job.
- Provide excellent customer service and guide customers throughout the financing process.
- No sales targets are assigned for this role. The company provides First Right of Refusal (FRR) leads on priority, allowing you to focus on customer assistance and loan processing.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
