is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Wellness
to drive sales and business growth for its wellness and fitness solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/B2C sales, dealer or channel management, and client relationship management. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wellness and fitness industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gyms, fitness centers, wellness studios, corporate clients, hospitals, institutions, and channel partners.
- Manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.




- Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Required Skills
- Robust B2B/B2C sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in channel sales, dealer management, or key account management.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai and surrounding regions.
