About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Syenergy Environics' institutional business by identifying opportunities,



nurturing client relationships and supporting strategic business initiatives.

You will work closely with the leadership team and interact with CXOs, HR Leaders, Facility Heads, Architects, Consultants, Healthcare Professionals and Business Owners across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

· Identify and generate new business opportunities across institutional and B2B segments.

· Build relationships with prospective customers through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns and outbound outreach.

· Qualify leads and coordinate meetings with senior decision-makers.

· Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Client Relationship Management

· Build long-term relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.

· Identify opportunities for repeat business, renewals, referrals and cross-selling.
