We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Admissions & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in overseas education counseling, admissions, and business development, with the ability to lead a team and achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students for overseas education opportunities (Germany, UK, Europe, etc.).
- Lead and support the admissions counseling team.
- Generate and convert quality student leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for online and offline campaigns.
- Manage the admissions pipeline and CRM.
- Coordinate with universities and partners.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Solid counseling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of overseas admissions and visa processes.
- Experience with CRM and lead management.
- Leadership and target-oriented mindset.
