The Manager, Process Excellence leads global initiatives focused on process improvement, re-imagination, and AI transformation across diverse functional areas. This role is responsible for mentoring Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt projects, delivering training sessions, and driving strategic, high-impact projects that generate measurable value for the organization. The Manager partners with cross-functional stakeholders, including Centers of Excellence, to develop and execute transformation strategies, map and optimize processes, facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities for AI and automation. The ideal candidate holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has extensive experience in process excellence and AI tools, and excels in data analysis, project leadership, and collaboration with global teams. Exceptional communication skills and adaptability to shifting priorities are essential for success in this role.

About The Role
