Role Summary:

Drive regional sales through Contemporary Trade by managing SIS (Shop-in-Shop) counters, hiring and leading store staff, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining brand standards across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for the region and for each SIS counter.
- Hire, train, and manage store staff/promoters across MT stores.
- Maintain strong relationships with key MT accounts and store teams.
- Ensure planogram adherence, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
- Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and coordinate with SCM.
- Track competition and share insights for growth planning.

Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 6-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in Modern Trade.
- Experience in staff management, target tracking, and retail execution.
