Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial operations of company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective budget management. This role requires a detail-oriented skilled with strong analytical skills to support the financial health and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) in compliance with GAAP or local accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide financial forecasts to support business planning.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns (e.g., GST, VAT, or income tax) and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and deadlines.
- Payroll Management: Process payroll, calculate employee deductions,



and ensure timely payments while maintaining compliance with labor laws.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

- Cost Management: Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
