who has built and delivered large-scale distributed applications and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges.

Required Skills

✔ 10+ years of experience in the .NET ecosystem with proven technical leadership.

✔ Strong expertise in
ASP.NET MVC, Razor, SignalR, React (JSX, Vite, XState)
.

✔ Hands-on experience with
RabbitMQ, SQL Server performance optimization, and Docker
.

✔ Experience with
Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage
.

✔ Robust communication and client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.

✔ Experience in Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, estimation, mentoring, and code reviews.

✔ Passion for continuous learning and adopting modern technologies.
