Role Description
This is a full time, remote role for a Public Speaking and Communications Mentor supporting learners in all regions, including grownups and toddlers. The mentor will design and deliver engaging online sessions that build confidence in speaking, storytelling, and interpersonal communication at different developmental levels.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lesson content, conducting interactive practice activities, providing constructive feedback, and tracking learner progress. The mentor will collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, integrate digital tools, and adapt teaching strategies to diverse cultural and linguistic contexts. The role also involves communicating regularly with caregivers or adult learners, maintaining a supportive learning environment, and participating in ongoing training to enhance mentoring practices.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in public speaking, verbal communication, and presentation delivery for both children and adults.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching, ideally in communication skills, drama, debate, or language development.
- Ability to design structured, age-appropriate learning activities for toddlers, school-age
