The Role

This is not a conventional growth hire. As our Entrepreneur in Residence for D2C Growth, you’ll operate like a founder inside Catalytic — with the mandate, autonomy, and accountability to build and scale,



not just execute a plan handed to you.

You’ll work directly with the founder to take ownership of how Catalytic grows: the products we launch, the channels we win on, and the engine that powers it. Think like a founder without worrying about the funds — at least you won’t have to arrange for it :)

If you’ve scaled a brand before, itched to run your own, and want the surface area of a founder without starting from zero — this is built for you.

What You’ll Own
- Full-funnel growth:

own performance marketing, CAC/ROAS, retention and LTV end-to-end — carrying real revenue targets, not just campaigns.
- New product lines, 0→1:

spot white spaces, shape positioning, and take new lines and sub-brands from idea to market.
- The growth engine & team:

stand up the growth function — channels, processes, tooling, and the early hires that scale it.
