At TUMC, we deliver innovative, sustainable, and customized consulting solutions to government bodies and private enterprises. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator to join our team and contribute to the design and formatting of professional documents and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and format reports, manuals, proposals, and presentations as per company and client specifications
- Ensure consistency in layout, style, and branding across documents
- Work closely with consultants, content creators, and graphic designers to finalize publications
- Make corrections and adjustments as per feedback in a timely manner
- Convert text and data into visually appealing layouts using industry-standard DTP tools




- Maintain document version control and file organization

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and a positive eye for design and layout
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and formats is a plus
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Publishing, or a related field is preferred
- Marathi and English Typing 40wpm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,909.09 - ₹25,284.62 per month
