Role Overview
You will be responsible for building and managing the affiliate marketing function, driving high-quality traffic, and scaling partnerships across multiple channels (web, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) for fintech products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and scale the affiliate marketing team
- Develop and execute affiliate acquisition and monetization strategies
- Manage relationships with advertisers and key partners
- Manage P&L;
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably fintech, lending)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and unit economics
- Solid analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with platforms like YouTube, Telegram, or similar traffic sources is a plus
Nice to Have
- Background in lending / credit products
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory aspects in fintech
