Job Description
Responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across social media, PR, and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate brings sharp copywriting instincts, a research-backed approach to content, and the ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously while maintaining consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
KRA1: Social Media Management
Create and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) aligned with campaign calendars
Monitor engagement metrics — reach, impressions, follower growth, engagement rate — and report weekly/monthly
Identify content trends and platform-specific opportunities to grow organic presence
Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice
Coordinate with design team to brief and deliver on-brand visuals
KRA2: Public Relations
Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and company announcements
Track media coverage and compile monthly coverage reports
Coordinate with PR agencies where applicable




Support crisis communication and brand reputation management
KRA3: Influencer Marketing
Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with brand values and target audience
Conceptualize and manage influencer campaigns — briefing, content review, approvals, and performance tracking
Maintain an updated influencer database with performance benchmarks
Measure ROI of influencer campaigns against reach, engagement, and conversion goals
Ensure all communications comply with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
KRA4: Campaign Coordination & Reporting
Align all channel activities to integrated campaign calendars and product launch timelines
Prepare monthly performance reports consolidating data across social, PR, email, and influencer channels
Coordinate with internal teams — product, design, sales — to ensure messaging consistency
