Position Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Head with a strong background in stock market sales and relationship management.
- In this role, you will drive the expansion of our B2B business by identifying and building relationships with Sub-Brokers, Franchise Partners, Wealth Managers, HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices.
- This is a strategic, revenue-owning role for someone with deep stock market knowledge and a proven B2B sales track record.
- Prior experience in a share broking firm is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire potential current Sub-Broker / Franchise / Channel Partners Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales and service strategy to drive business growth Own revenue generation from Sub-Brokers / Franchise / Channel Partners Onboard and support new Sub-Brokers / Franchise / Channel Partners Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners for long-term




- business growth Manage and grow channel partner relationships across the assigned territory Organize regular events and engagement programs to increase client acquisition through partners Conduct training sessions and seminars for newly acquired sub-brokers at the branch level Develop, implement, and maintain business plans for each Business Partner Track market trends,
- competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction Present regular sales reports and updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; ACFA or CFP certification is a plus Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in stock broking or financial services Strong understanding of the stock market and financial products
