Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with solid hands-on expertise in end-to-end CMDB implementation and ownership. The ideal candidate should have independently driven CMDB initiatives, including design, implementation, optimization, governance, and maintenance, without relying on other team members for CMDB-related activities.

This role requires a pure CMDB developer profile with deep technical expertise in Discovery, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), CMDB Health, Service Mapping, and CMDB Data Governance. Candidates with primarily support,



operations, administration, or maintenance backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB solutions.
- Lead end-to-end CMDB implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and optimization.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery for automated infrastructure and application discovery.
- Implement and optimize Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules, identification criteria, and reconciliation policies.
- Drive CMDB data quality initiatives using CMDB Health Dashboards and governance frameworks.
- Design and maintain CI class structures, relationships, and dependency mapping.
- Execute bulk data onboarding and integration strategies into CMDB.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure accurate configuration item lifecycle management.
