Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust customer pipeline.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Meet clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users to understand their requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact.

3. Exhibitions, Conferences & Networking
- Attend industry exhibitions, technical conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Represent the company and promote transformer products and solutions.
- Generate leads, expand business networks, and gather market intelligence.

4. Technical Discussion & Solution Selling
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable transformer solutions.
- Explain technical features, applications, and product advantages.
- Coordinate with the design and backend teams for technical proposals.

5. Quotation & Negotiation




- Coordinate with the backend team for timely quotation submission.
- Present techno-commercial offers to customers.
- Handle commercial negotiations and convert enquiries into orders.

6. Order Closure & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop a healthy enquiry and order pipeline.
- Drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement.

7. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Keep customers updated on project progress.

8. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings.
- Identify market trends and customer requirements.
- Share market insights with management to support business strategies.

9. Payment & Commercial Follow-up
- Follow up for advance payments and milestone payments.
- Ensure compliance with commercial terms and timely payment collections.
