ROLE PURPOSE

As a Training Coordinator, you will help plan, organise, and deliver training activities as part of our SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. You'll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and business teams to ensure employees have the knowledge and support they need before and after system go-live.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating activities, creating training content, working with different stakeholders, and keeping projects on track.

About Role

Training Coordination
- Help plan and schedule training activities.
- Organise training sessions across multiple teams and locations.
- Manage training calendars, meeting invites, and logistics.
- Coordinate with trainers, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure training runs smoothly.

Training Content & Materials
- Assist in creating and updating training materials, presentations, user guides, and quick reference guides.
- Work with business experts to turn complex processes into easy-to-understand training content.
- Ensure training materials are explicit, consistent,



and up to date.
- Gather feedback from training participants and help improve future sessions.
- Support refresher and follow-up training after go-live.

Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor training attendance and completion rates.
- Maintain training trackers and dashboards.
- Provide regular updates on training progress.
- Identify and raise potential issues early, such as low attendance or training gaps.
- Support user readiness activities with training data and insights.

Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to understand training needs.
- Communicate training schedules, updates, and expectations to different audiences.
- Help ensure employees are ready and confident to use new SAP processes and systems.
