Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily administrative and housekeeping activities of the office. The candidate should ensure cleanliness, assist staff, handle office errands, and maintain a professional work setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, cabins, pantry, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, courier, and parcels.
- Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
- Purchase office supplies, stationery, and pantry items as instructed.
- Deposit cheques, collect documents, and perform bank or government office-related tasks when required.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Maintain stock of office stationery and pantry materials.




- Support administrative staff with day-to-day office work.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the office.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Marathi, Hindi, and simple English.
- Prior experience of 1–2 years is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.
