Role Description

Supervise daily waterproofing activities at project sites.

Manage and coordinate labour teams to ensure timely execution of work.

Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and site engineers.





Plan daily site activities and maintain progress as per the project schedule.

Monitor material consumption and maintain site inventory records.

Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to the management team.

Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications
- Solid site supervision skills, including team coordination, task allocation, and daily activity monitoring.
- Experience with construction, waterproofing, or structural rehabilitation methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and basic project documentation.
- Knowledge of safety practices, risk identification, and implementation of site safety protocols.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with workers, contractors, and clients.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills, including maintaining site logs and status up
