Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the consultancys recruitment operations by assisting in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across diverse industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, employer branding, and HR consulting practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the consultancys visibility on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Client Coordination: Assist consultants in managing client requirements and recruitment mandates.

Desired Skills




- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for learning HR consulting practices

Qualifications
- Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Fresh graduates with HR specialization may also apply
- Prior internship experience in recruitment will be an added advantage
