About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized Senior Account Executive
who takes full ownership of the sales lifecycle. You will be responsible for turning warm and cold leads into closed revenue, managing your own pipeline hygiene, and running multi-touch follow-up strategies that keep prospects engaged.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Full-Funnel Sales Execution:
Lead discovery calls, run product demos, handle objections, and close qualified prospects.
- Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain structured follow-up sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) to move stalled leads through the pipeline.
- CRM Hygiene:
Maintain clean deal stages, clear next steps, and accurate forecasting inside our CRM.
- Lead Qualification:
Quickly identify high-fit prospects and disqualify low-intent leads to maximize your closing efficiency.
- Process Optimization:




Work alongside leadership to refine our sales messaging, email scripts, and closing frameworks.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ Years of Direct Sales Experience
(B2B SaaS, Agency, or High-Ticket Services preferred).
- Proven Track Record:
History of meeting or exceeding quota with a high close rate on qualified opportunities.
- Self-Driven Pipeline Builder:
You don't wait for leads to fall into your lap—you know how to follow up consistently without dropping the ball.
- CRM Mastery:
Experience using modern sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Outreach/Lemlist).
- Exceptional Communication:
Top-tier written communication for follow-up emails and strong live presentation/closing skills.
