Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation with 36 years of experience in B2B lead generation within the IT Services industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience generating qualified leads for IT Services, Software Development, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, or Technology Solutions through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting. Experience targeting US and European markets is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads for IT Services and Technology Solutions through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
- Identify and engage CXOs, Directors, VPs, and other key decision-makers in target organizations across the US and European markets.
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for IT Services offerings, including Software Development, Cloud, AI,



Data, Digital Transformation, and Staff Augmentation services.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Research target accounts, industries, and technology buyers to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaign performance.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales with an IT Services, Software Services, or Technology Consulting company (Mandatory).
