About the role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to generate qualified opportunities and acquire current customers across Europe.



You will manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, contract closure and account growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands international B2B technology sales and can engage confidently with senior business and technology decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business-development strategies for selected European markets, industries and customer segments.
- Identify organisations requiring AI development, AI consulting, cybersecurity consulting, managed security, penetration testing, compliance and related services.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT leaders, security teams, procurement professionals and business owners.
- Generate opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, referrals, partnerships, events and professional networks.
