As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting our advertising, branding, digital marketing, web development, app development, print media, and event management services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Generate current business opportunities through networking, referrals, field visits, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising and branding solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, proposals, and project execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful projects.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, etc.).
- Prior experience in sales, advertising, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Compensation: Fixed salary + Attractive performance-based incentives + Special achievement bonuses. High performers have unlimited earning potential.
