Role Description
The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for projects across planning, engineering, and architecture. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers and contractors, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring that materials and services meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.



The Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and finance teams to forecast requirements, optimize costs, and maintain accurate procurement records. Daily responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, managing purchase orders, resolving delivery or quality issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role also includes continuous improvement of sourcing processes and contributing to strategic vendor management and long-term procurement planning.
