JOB ROLE:

We are currently hiring for Training Manager to join our Human Resources team and support the team on Training execution, administration, Learning & Development areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the training in all key areas of branch operations, including soft skills training and Product trainings.
- Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training.
- Communicate with team members, trainers and management to ensure all needs are met.
- Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement.




- Device Development programs for skills development and holistic development of the employees based on training evaluations.
- Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees.
- Onboarding & Induction training of new hires and assign them to training sessions.
- Search for gaps in training material or content that should be filled to ensure learning and productivity among staff members.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Qualification - Any Post Graduate
- Experience - Should have minimum 6 – 10 years of experience in Training & Development activities
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Creative and eye for detail
