Position Overview

We are seeking an aspirational senior leader to head the Risk & Credit function. The role demands expertise in construction finance, wholesale lending, and real estate project funding, with the ability to independently appraise proposals across credit, legal, and technical dimensions. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in portfolio quality, risk management, and customer satisfaction,



while driving expansion into retail lending.
Key Responsibilities
- Credit Appraisal & Underwriting
- Independently evaluate proposals for construction finance and wholesale lending.
- Assess creditworthiness, legal documentation, and technical feasibility of projects.
- Prepare detailed appraisal notes and presentations aligned with company policies.
- Portfolio & Risk Management
- Monitor asset quality, ensuring zero delinquency, NIL NPA, and robust recovery mechanisms.
- Track disbursements, repayments, and customer receivables across funding structures (JV, redevelopment, land acquisition, bridge funding, last‑mile funding, TDR, inventory financing).
- Implement corrective actions to achieve budgeted performance MoM, QoQ, and YoY.
