Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic collections plans aligned with sales and finance teams
- Build robust relations with customers to facilitate smooth collections and address concerns proactively
- Monitor receivables and overdue accounts,
initiating follow-ups
- Implement digital tools and automation for reminders and payment processes
- Train and guide the collection team on best practices and customer handling
- Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations during collections
Must have experience (Non Negotiable):
- 5-7 years of experience in collections or receivables management, preferably in real estate
- Proven ability to reduce overdue receivables and improve collection efficiency
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
