Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve regional primary and secondary sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, territories, hospitals, institutions, and key accounts.
- Drive prescription generation and product demand through effective field execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and formulate suitable counter strategies.
- Ensure successful execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.

Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor Area Business Managers and Medical Representatives.
- Conduct regular joint field work to improve selling skills and productivity.
- Identify training needs and develop team capabilities.
- Build a high-performance culture through continuous coaching and recognition.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Sales Performance Management
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Review doctor coverage,



call average, product mix, and conversion ratios.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure effective territory management and route optimization.

Customer Relationship Management
- Develop solid relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, institutions, distributors, and stockists.
- Handle major customer issues and resolve escalations promptly.
- Support field teams in strategic customer engagement.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Marketing Execution
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor utilization of promotional materials and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meetings, and scientific events.
- Provide regular market intelligence and customer feedback to the Product Managem
