Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns for multiple clients across industries. The ideal candidate must have hands-on agency experience and strong performance marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage high-budget, multi-client campaigns with clear ROI focus
- Perform audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative optimization
- Track performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & reports
- Coordinate with creative,



content, and strategy teams
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads
- Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency
- Solid understanding of funnels, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR
- Experience with lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Up-to-date with latest ad platform policies and trends
