*About the Role*

As a Production Deputy Manager,



The candidate should know the Production to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations within our sanitaryware production unit. The role involves supervising daily shop-floor activities, ensuring timely and quality output, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a high-performing production team. The candidates with prior experience in sanitaryware production will be given preference.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Accessories planning of domestic OEM as per BOM
- Manufacturing unit wise accessories planning sheet to be prepared.
- Get the accessories stock from MIS system & monitoring on daily basis.
- Accessories PO generation to vendors based on planning sheet.
- Follow up for accessories with each vendor on daily basis for domestic OEM to avoid any shortage
- Coordination with warehouse incharge & vendor in case any discrepancy found in Invoice
- Coordination work with IQC, Logistic, Procurement & Costing teams.
- Keep the MSL of all accessor
