Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commis 2 to join our culinary team at our establishment in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you will work alongside our experienced kitchen brigade to prepare and present authentic Pan Asian cuisine to the highest standards. As a Commis 2, you will support senior chefs whilst developing your culinary expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen workplace.

- Prepare and cook Pan Asian dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and quality • Assist senior chefs with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients with precision and efficiency • Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Manage mise en place effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods • Operate kitchen equipment, including woks and specialised Asian cooking apparatus, safely and competently
