- Branch Sales Manager (BSM)

Location:

Role & responsibilities:

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth in Supply Chain Finance (SCF), Dealer Finance, Distributor Finance, Invoice Discounting, Factoring, and other Working Capital solutions. The role involves sourcing new corporate anchors, developing channel partnerships, managing customer relationships, and achieving portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality.

Business Development
- Identify and acquire current corporate anchors, dealers, distributors, and SME customers for supply chain finance solutions.
- Drive sourcing of working capital finance opportunities through direct sales and channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, OEMs, manufacturers, logistics companies, and supply chain ecosystem participants.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Portfolio Growth
- Achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual disbursement and revenue targets.
- Develop and expand SCF programs across assigned geography.
- Increase penetration within existing anchor programs through onboarding of dealers, distributors, and vendors.

Relationship Management
- Engage with CFOs, Finance Heads, Procurement Heads, and Supply Chain Heads of corporate clients.
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate financial solutions.

Credit & Risk Coordination
- Conduct preliminary assessment of customer creditworthiness.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and risk teams for timely approvals and disbursements.
- Ensure portfolio quality through regular monitoring and early warning identification.

Compliance & Governance
- Adhere to NBFC policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control processes
