Role Description
The Delivery Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune District, responsible for overseeing day-to-day delivery operations across Nukaazo’s hyperlocal network. This role includes managing delivery teams, monitoring order flows, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries that meet service-level expectations. The Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with local vendors,
customer support, and internal operations teams to optimize routes, resolve escalations, and maintain high-quality customer and partner experiences. Daily tasks involve tracking operational metrics, identifying process improvements, coordinating with logistics partners, and implementing best practices that support scalable, efficient delivery. The role also includes training and mentoring team members, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and supporting new initiatives or rollouts in the Pune District.
Qualifications
