MathonGo is looking for a Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable systems for our learning platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
- Design APIs and database structures using MongoDB.
- Use Redis for caching and performance improvement.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Work closely with frontend and product teams.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript.
- Experience with MongoDB and Redis.
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Basic experience with AWS deployment and services.
- Familiarity with Git and debugging.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with high-traffic applications or ed-tech products will be an advantage.
