? About the Role

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, build, and implement creative ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and best practices. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital workflows.

Note:
The strongest candidates—particularly in
ITOM & ITAM
—will have a
background in network engineering or infrastructure
, as these modules are deeply centered around IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

? What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Build custom apps, workflows, scripts, integrations, and automations




- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed technical documentation

?ITOM (Highly Prioritised)
- Service Mapping experience
- Event Management
- CMDB design and architecture
- Cloud management experience within ServiceNow
- Experience configuring MID Servers and cloud discovery across
AWS, Azure, and GCP

ITAM (Highly Prioritised)
- Discovery configurations for asset data
- Strong CMDB experience
- Software Asset Management (SAM), including licensing and compliance
- Ability to clearly articulate the difference between
Asset Records vs Configuration Items (CIs)
- Experience with asset lifecycle management (HAM/SAM) and optimization
