Job Description:

We are looking for a
Capacity & Performance Management Engineer
to monitor and improve the performance of virtual infrastructure. The candidate will analyze system resource usage, optimize performance, and help plan future capacity requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CPU and memory usage.
- Check CPU and memory overcommit ratios.
- Monitor the number of VMs running on each host.
- Optimize system performance using NUMA pinning and HugePages.
- Identify and resolve performance issues.
- Forecast future resource requirements based on workload growth.




- Prepare straightforward capacity and performance reports.
- Work with infrastructure teams to improve system efficiency.

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, or OpenShift Virtualization).
- Knowledge of CPU and memory utilization.
- Understanding of VM density and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with NUMA pinning and HugePages.
- Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
