Role Description
This is a full time MS D365 CRM Customer Engagement (CE)



Developer role based in Coimbatore in a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The developer will design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, plugins, and integrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements, implementing CRM features, optimizing performance, and ensuring solution reliability and security. The role involves working closely with functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, support deployments, and maintain documentation. The developer will also participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
