Job Summary

Reliance Animation Academy is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the admissions and business development team. The candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, managing sales executives and counselors, developing marketing strategies, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Admissions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Lead and manage the admissions and counseling team.
- Generate student leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Monitor the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, school/college visits, and educational events.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate partners.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise the sales and counseling team.
- Set individual and team sales targets.




- Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.

Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and market presence.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.

Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
