Role Description
The Vice-President of Product Operations is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing the operational execution of product strategy and ensuring that product initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role will lead cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining product operations processes, setting and tracking performance metrics, managing strategic programs and projects, and driving continuous improvement across the product organization. The VP will collaborate closely with product management leadership to prioritize initiatives, improve decision-making through data and analytics, and establish frameworks for communication, documentation, and governance. This role also involves mentoring and developing a high-performing operations team and contributing to long-term product and organizational roadmap planning.

Qualifications
- Strong Product Operations expertise,



with experience designing and scaling processes that support product strategy and delivery.
- Proven Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build dashboards, and use metrics to inform priorities and optimize performance.
- Deep Product Management experience, including working closely with product leaders on roadmap definition, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in FinTech, payments, or financial services is strongly preferred, with familiarity around regulatory and risk considerations.
