About the Role

Greenbucks Securities Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused candidates to join our Insurance Sales team as a Business Development Executive (BDE). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for insurance products.
- Handle client interactions through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Generate quality leads through various sales channels.
- Explain insurance products and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation.




- Perform basic operational and back-office activities related to insurance policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Operational & Back office work

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Banking, Finance, or Customer Service will be preferred.
